Specialist support for your next step

Pathways that complement our four centres, tailored to your company’s goals and needs.

  • Investment readiness
  • Market access
  • Corporate innovation
  • Digital transformation

Investment readiness

Organise the information and narrative a venture needs before funding discussions: problem, market, revenue model, forecasts, risks and intended use of resources.

  • Pitch deck and presentation rehearsal.
  • A financial model with reviewable assumptions.
  • A data-room structure and due-diligence readiness checklist.

Explore the pathway and outputs

Market access

Entering a market starts with a structured assessment. Review customers, competition, demand, channels, entry options and local requirements before increasing spending.

  • Market attractiveness and customer/competitor mapping.
  • Potential partners, distributors, channels and localisation needs.
  • A first-90-day entry plan; local support depends on availability.

Explore the pathway and outputs

Corporate innovation

For companies, universities and institutions turning a defined challenge into a program or testable concepts. Connect innovation to a business objective, ownership and measures.

  • Innovation sprints and concept tests.
  • Open-innovation challenges and startup scouting.
  • Custom programs, corporate accelerators and an implementation roadmap.

Digital and venture building

Connect digital tools to better workflows, information and customer experience. A new venture can also be explored through Venture Studio under a separate scope and agreement.

  • Review workflows, data and automation opportunities.
  • Prioritise a digital roadmap and a limited pilot.
  • Design, validate and test an MVP before a launch or adaptation decision.

Our approach

How does knowledge become progress?

Understand first

Document the current position, stage, objective and evidence so the intervention addresses the cause.

Agree on outputs

Define scope, responsibilities, milestones and the information and participation required from the team.

Deliver and learn

Connect sessions, workshops and experiments to decisions, tools and practical work inside the business.

Measure the next step

Review KPIs, deliverables and test results, then decide what to continue and what to change.

Practical deliverables

Clear deliverables you can use

We agree on the right deliverables before work begins, then review progress with you.

Diagnosis and an action plan

Defined priorities, baseline measures and practical steps for the next 30 and 90 days.

A testable business model

Target customers, a value proposition, assumptions and experiments to inform launch decisions.

A measurable growth plan

Sales, channel and operations experiments with clear owners and review dates.

Readiness for the next step

A pitch deck and financial model, or a market-entry plan, within the agreed scope.

Before you begin

No. Some pathways support ideas and early ventures, while acceleration and growth services need a product, activity or operational information to review. Fit is assessed during screening.
Describe your project, stage, main challenge and objective. We review the request, discuss the need and propose a pathway, scope, deliverables and next steps.
No. We help improve readiness, decisions, information and experiments. Investment decisions and market response remain independent.
Program participation does not automatically transfer ownership of an idea or venture. Any equity, shared ownership or co-building arrangement requires a separate explicit agreement.

Expertise and partnerships for your business

We connect mentors, advisers, trainers, technology partners and market specialists around a clear purpose, scope and relevant expertise.
