Support shaped around a need and a practical output

Four connected centres combine diagnosis, skill development, incubation and acceleration. Your stage and challenge define the starting point; services can work together within one pathway.

How our centres work

Each centre connects assessment and practical work with outputs you can review.

Diagnostic and 30/90-day plan

The diagnostic framework reviews nine dimensions totalling 100 points: strategy and business model (10), market and customers (15), product/service (15), sales and revenue (15), finance (10), team and governance (10), operations (10), technology (5), and growth/investment (10). Its purpose is prioritisation, not business accreditation.
