About Oricon

Promising ideas. Clear steps. Stronger businesses.

ORICON VENTURE — Entrepreneurship & Innovation brings together four complementary pathways for founders and businesses: the Business Clinic, Training Center, Business Incubator and Business Accelerators. We start with the project’s stage and its current challenge, then connect that need with practical support for clearer decisions and progress.

The Oricon name is associated with Oriental Consolidated and its diverse activities in training and development, business solutions, trade and marketing, media and digital technologies. This website focuses on entrepreneurship and innovation services and how to access them.

ORICON VENTURE

Understand the challenge. Set the priority. Build the next step together.

People exploring an idea and its customers; founders testing a business model; owners addressing an operational challenge or developing their team; and businesses preparing for more structured growth. The appropriate pathway depends on readiness and needs, rather than a single solution for everyone.

Our approach to business development

We connect learning with application: understand the customer, clarify the project’s value, test assumptions and review operations and marketing. We then turn priorities into steps whose results can be reviewed. The aim is for founders to understand why they are taking the next step and what they need to learn from it.

Four pathways, different needs

Business Clinic: understand challenges and prioritise improvement. Training Center: develop founder and team skills through practice. Business Incubator: develop an idea and test its business model. Business Accelerators: review growth readiness, market access and partnerships.

The Oricon Venture ecosystem

The project plan places Oricon Venture within Business Solutions, connecting diagnosis, learning, venture development and growth. Its four centres are linked pathways: a project starts with its needs and moves between services according to readiness and learning.

Supporting pathways in the development plan

  • Investment readiness: organise the pitch, funding needs, metrics and business information for investment discussions.
  • Market access: understand customer segments, test sales channels and prepare for market partnerships or export where relevant.
  • Corporate innovation: help organisational teams define challenges, develop ideas and test new solutions.
  • Expert network: connect a project’s needs with suitable specialisms, subject to expert availability and agreed scope.
  • Digital transformation: review processes, tools and data and choose digital applications around clear business goals.

Availability and scope are discussed when you contact us. Programmes and delivery partnerships are announced when ready.

Digital projects and future development

Oricon Business Gateway: a planned digital gateway for applications, project profiles, diagnosis, routing and follow-up. The concept includes a Business ID linking a project’s records, services and progress. Both remain part of the development plan; this description does not announce a working public registration platform.

Venture Studio: a future expansion for developing and testing ideas and building prototypes with suitable teams after the core pathways are established. Scope and participation arrangements will be announced when approved. This page is not an investment invitation or equity offering.

The project journey

  1. Register or enquire: share the project and goal.
  2. Screen: review fit and needs.
  3. Diagnose: understand the current position.
  4. Classify: identify stage and readiness.
  5. Route: select the suitable pathway.
  6. Deliver: work towards agreed outputs.
  7. Measure: review learning and progress.
  8. Grow: decide the next pathway from results.

The launch plan starts with a digital-first approach, with remote and in-person activity combined according to each programme. Practical arrangements, dates and participation details are announced separately. This page describes Oricon Venture; it does not assign every other Oricon Group business or project to Venture.
